CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) It includes the costs and freight to bring the vehicle(s) to the port of destination. It also includes the marine insurance, which covers the loss caused during shipping or at the port.
FOB (Free on Board) This only covers all the cost up to the port of shipment. It means that the seller pays for transportation of the vehicle(s) to the port of shipment, plus loading costs. The buyer pays cost of marine freight transport, insurance, unloading, and transportation from the arrival port to the final destination.

Consignee The person who will be the car owner. The person who the car will be registered under.
Discharge Port The port where the vehicle(s) will be offloaded from a vessel.
